Luxenter offers a warranty of two years (in normal use ) in all collections except those made of steel .

This warranty does not incur additional costs as there always have been manipulated by customers and workshops.

If the piece is considered suitable for warranty repairs will be covered by manufacturing defects , discoloration or loss of beads and / or zircons .


The articles of the Africa collection are not covered by manufacturer's warranty but the defects associated with the rhodium can make some exceptions provided that the parts have not been used.
