Delivery


HOW DOES THE DELIVERY SERVICE WORKS?

Our courier TNT will deliver your goods from Monday to Friday to the delivery address indicated. We always try to make deliveries within the time listed below:

If our courier TNT has any problem with the delivery, it will contact the customer for coordinating a new delivery.

Your order will be delivered within 6 working (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) days after you place your order.


TO WICH ADDRESS DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship orders to Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands.


DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

There are no customs and import duties payable for deliveries within the EU states. Should you be asked to pay these, please retain proof of payment and contact Customer Service Care atcliente@luxenter.com

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET?

From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. If your order is trackable you can check its progress by logging into My Account, and then on Order History. You can also check the status of your previous orders.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team.
We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

• If you want a refund or replacement

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team. They will try and sort it out as soon as possible. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER

If an item is missing from your order please contact our Customer Service Team. Please include the number of your order and the product code. We can usually send the missing item but if given the extraordinary event that is not possible, we would proceed quickly to refund the amount paid.

DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES?

We are able to deliver your order to your permanent residential address or to your place of employment. Deliveries from Monday to Friday
