  1. General Information
    • We are committed to preparing on the same day, all orders received until 4pm (CET). If your order has been placed after 4pm, the order will be prepared the next working day. Si for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and provided with an estimated delivery date. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us.
    • Realizamos envíos to everyone. Below you will find details of the costs and types of delivery corresponding to every country.
    • In case you want to make a change in the delivery address a vez enviado el order, it is imperative that nos contactes be updated as soon as possible. Changing the shipping address will involve an additional cost depending on the destination.
    • For all shipments to Spain, the courier company in charge of delivery and transport of all our orders is ASM. For any comments, suggestions or questions, please contact us.
    • For international orders, shipments are cleared to other airlines.
    • Shipments to post office boxes are not allowed.
    • You can check the status of your order and your tracking number in your user account at My orders" section, which is linked to the messaging platform.
    • Orders of £200 or more that have enjoyed free shipping will have a fee of £5.90 as a handling fee in case of full return of the order.

    SPAIN Peninsula

    • Purchases over £49 - FREE SHIPPING
    • Purchases of less than £49 - £3.95
    • Delivery time Express: Once the order is prepared, the delivery time is 24 working hours, in case the order has been carried out before las 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if carried out after las 4pm (CET). Standard: Una once the order is prepared the delivery time is 3 working days, in case the order was placed before 4pm (CET), and within 4 working days if placed after 4pm (CET).

    BALEARIC

    • Purchases over 60 ? - FREE SHIPPING
    • Purchases under 60 ? - 8.95 ?.
    • Delivery time Express: Once the order is prepared, the delivery time is 24 working hours, in case the order has was carried out before las 4pm (CET), and 48 working hours if carried out after las 4pm (CET). For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process may take up to 24 additional hours. Standard: Una once the order is prepared the delivery time is 3 working days, in case the order has been performed before 4pm (CET), and 4 working days if performed after 4pm (CET).  For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process can take up to 24 additional hours.

    NON-EUROPEAN UNION

    • Purchases over 100 ? - FREE SHIPPING
    • Purchases under 100 ? - from 15 ?.
    • Delivery time Standard: Outside the EU the delivery time is 5-11 working days depending on the destination.

    Sometimes shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. Nosotros we undertake to carry out the formalities and prepare the documentation necessary for the relevant customs management

     
  3. Pick up at Physical Store

    The customer will be able to select from a large number of physical stores where to pick up your order. You will be able to consult the list of stores available during the purchase process by choosing the "Store Pickup" shipping method.

    Once the order has arrived at the shop, the staff will contact the customer to advise that you can pick up your order now.

    At the moment of the withdrawal of the article in store, the client will have to present the e-mail with the summary of his order, as well as a valid identity card with a photograph attached. At that time, the following shall be done verify the customer's identity, and a copy of the identity document can be made, which the customer expressly authorizes by choosing the present mode of delivery. The shop also reserves the right to check the payment card used for the payment of the order. The purchased item will be delivered to the customer you must sign a receipt for delivery.

     
  4. Exceptions

    For logistical reasons, shipments in Andorra, Bolivia, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Cuba, India, Libya, Melilla, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ukraine and Venezuela are not available at the moment.
