Luxenter jewellery and watches offer a two-year guarantee from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects. The requirement is that you have purchased the article as a consumer in a physical store of Luxenter or on the web luxenter.com

From the date of purchase, we will repair your Luxenter jewelry/watch free of charge within two years. If the repair proves impossible or disproportionate, we will exchange your item for another item of the same value.

The warranty does not apply in case of improper use, repair by third parties, lack of care, natural wear and tear, damage caused by normal use (e.g. scratched glass), misuse or in case of damage (e.g. by accident).

Worn parts, e.g. bracelets, leather or satin straps and batteries, are excluded from warranty.

How do I claim the warranty?

To claim our warranty service, during the two-year period mentioned above you can take the damaged item to any Luxenter physical store or send it directly to Luxenter.

It is essential that you include the purchase ticket in the package and, if it is a watch, the certificate international warranty. This certificate must be completed, dated, signed and stamped in a shop Luxenter's physical facilities or a Luxenter authorized dealer.
